El Salvador is a small country in Central America, bordering the Pacific Ocean. It is known as the smallest country and lays between Guatemala and Honduras. It is the only country to not be bordering the Atlantic coastline.

El Salvador's climate is tropical varying between wet and dry seasons. The temperature varies depending on the location and the elevation. The lowland are hot and humid while the mountain areas are cool and breezy. From November to April is the dry season known as verano and from May to October is the wet season known as invierno.
